Youth Brand Consulting

About

Today's recruiters, coaches, sponsors, and opportunities often find young talent online before they ever meet them in person.

Whether you're an elite athlete pursuing college recruitment, a dancer auditioning for competitive programs, a musician building an audience, or a young person with exceptional talent, your online presence has become part of your resume.

Unfortunately, most families are navigating this world without a roadmap.

That's where I come in.

I help young athletes and high-achieving youth build authentic personal brands that showcase their talent, highlight their accomplishments, and prepare them for future opportunities while staying safe and true to who they are.

This isn't about becoming an influencer.

It's about creating a professional digital presence that helps recruiters, coaches, sponsors, and decision makers understand who you are both on and off the field, court, stage, or performance floor.

My Philosophy

Your brand should never be a character.

The strongest personal brands are built on truth.

My goal is not to turn young people into social media personalities. My goal is to help them identify the parts of themselves they want to share with the world and communicate those consistently and professionally.

The closer your brand stays to who you really are, the easier it is to maintain and the more authentic it becomes.

Just as importantly, your brand belongs to you.

Not your parents.

Not your coach.

Not a sponsor.

Not a recruiter.

You decide what topics you're comfortable discussing. You decide what parts of your life remain private. You decide which opportunities align with your values.

Learning how to establish those boundaries early is one of the most valuable skills a young person can develop.

What We Work On

Personal Brand Development

Before posting content, we identify who you are, what makes you unique, and how you want to be perceived.

Together we build a brand that reflects your personality, goals, values, and strengths.

Content Strategy

Many young athletes know they should be posting but have no idea what to post.

We work through content ideas, storytelling, platform selection, posting schedules, and content planning so you can consistently showcase your progress, achievements, and personality.

Digital Resume Building

Your social media profiles can become a living portfolio of your work.

Recruiters, coaches, scouts, sponsors, and future opportunities often review an athlete's online presence. We work to ensure that presence accurately represents your talent, work ethic, and character.

Online Safety Education

This is one of the most important parts of my work.

As visibility increases, so does attention.

Young athletes and performers need to understand how to safely navigate direct messages, inappropriate comments, unwanted interactions, scams, impersonation attempts, and online harassment.

We discuss what is normal, what is not normal, what should be ignored, what should be reported, and when a trusted adult should become involved.

Parents are heavily involved in these conversations, especially during the early stages.

Parent Coaching

Most parents have never managed a personal brand, negotiated sponsorship opportunities, or navigated public visibility online.

That's completely normal.

I help parents understand the platforms their children are using, the opportunities that may arise, and the responsibilities that come with increased visibility.

Accountability Coaching

Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two different things.

Many talented young people understand content creation but struggle with consistency.

Sometimes the solution isn't another strategy session.

Sometimes it's sitting down together and creating the content.

Part of my role is helping clients build habits, confidence, and consistency until the process becomes second nature.

What I Do Not Do

I am not an attorney.

I am not a public relations professional.

I am not a crisis manager.

I am not a talent agent.

I am not a social media manager.

I do not post content on your behalf.

I do not edit your videos for you.

I do not negotiate contracts.

I do not provide legal advice.

What I do provide is guidance, education, strategy, accountability, and practical tools that help young people build a strong foundation.

If your needs extend beyond my scope, I maintain relationships with experienced professionals in law, public relations, social media management, content production, and other specialized fields. When appropriate, I can connect families with trusted experts who can help support the next stage of growth.

Why This Matters

Today's young athletes and performers are often placed into very adult situations long before they have adult experience.

Scholarship opportunities.

Recruitment conversations.

Name, image, and likeness opportunities.

Brand sponsorships.

Public attention.

Online criticism.

These opportunities can be exciting, but they can also be overwhelming.

My goal is to help young people develop the skills, confidence, boundaries, and professionalism necessary to navigate these opportunities safely while remaining authentically themselves.

Because a strong personal brand isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about helping the right people discover who you already are.
