Colleen Budde has been a business owner for most of her life. With a passion for connecting small business owners and a special interest in creating communities where budding entrepreneurs can find the confidence and support to follow their dreams, Colleen is here to support you on your small business start up journey. 

From the early days of ecommerce, through her 10+ year engineering career filled with multiple side hustles to finally following through on her dreams as an owner of Office Evolution in Troy, Michigan, Colleen has a wealth of knowledge of all things small business from building your website to finding your first client.

Brandon's passion for real estate has always been a defining feature in his entrepreneurial endeavors. Starting out investing in multi family homes, Brandon has since branched into commercial real estate helping small businesses grow into commercial purchase and lease agreements.

With 15+ years in plastics engineering expertise under his belt, Brandon currently serves the plastics manufacturing community with technical service and implementation consulting services world wide.
