Meet Colleen 

Colleen Budde has been building businesses since before it was cool to call yourself an entrepreneur. She’s spent her career balancing strategy with heart — connecting small business owners, creating communities that lift each other up, and helping people turn good ideas into thriving, sustainable companies.

From the early days of online selling to a decade-long career as a mechanical engineer (with more side hustles than she can count), Colleen knows firsthand what it takes to make the leap from “employee” to “owner.” Today, as the owner of Office Evolution Troy and founder of Budde Consulting Group, she channels that experience into helping other entrepreneurs do the same — without the guesswork, burnout, or wasted time.

Whether it’s figuring out your pricing, refining your services, or finally finding the confidence to take your business seriously, Colleen’s mission is simple: to give small business owners the tools, structure, and clarity they need to build something they love — and to enjoy the process along the way.

Meet Brandon 

 

Brandon has always had a knack for seeing potential — in properties, in people, and in possibilities. What started as a personal interest in real estate quickly evolved into a passion-driven career. After getting his start investing in multifamily homes, he expanded into commercial real estate, where he now helps small businesses take the next big step — moving from startup spaces to owning or leasing their own commercial properties.

But real estate is only half of the story. With more than 15 years of experience in plastics engineering, Brandon also brings deep technical expertise to the global manufacturing industry. He provides consulting, implementation, and technical service support to help manufacturers optimize performance, improve processes, and stay competitive in an evolving market.

Whether he’s guiding a business owner through a property purchase or solving complex challenges on a production floor, Brandon’s approach is the same: practical, analytical, and built on a genuine passion for helping others grow.
